You’ve probably heard about River Ridge. Nestled within Nelson Preserve, this gated Suncadia enclave is everything you love about our community, with miles of trails leading deep into the woods and to the flowing river where rainbow trout swim wildly. We are excited to announce the release of a limited number of new river view homesites that offer some of the very best vistas in all of Suncadia. At River Ridge, you can be savoring the peace of fishing in the river at sunrise, head to the new Nelson Farm Pool for splashy fun and a BBQ with the neighbors at noon, and join new friends for a family soccer game at sunset.

If finding the perfect Suncadia property is a dream come true, then finding the right person to make that happen is equally important. At Suncadia, we have a team of brokers who are as passionate about the resort and community they work at as they are about helping families find their dream home. This week, we want to introduce you to Paula Bianchi.

A Seattle native, Paula has been with Suncadia since the beginning and has sold hundreds of homes over the years. Almost two decades ago, she and her husband built their own home in the Tumble Creek neighborhood, where they live full-time.

“What’s great about this neighborhood is that it’s close to everything Suncadia offers, but it’s also a private gated community that the public can’t drive

Building a custom designed house probably ranks high on every homeowner’s dream list. At Suncadia, we know how important it is for members of our community to build a home they will love for years to come, one that fits their lifestyle and that they are happy to come home to weekend after weekend. This week we chat with Matt Rudolph, Founder and CEO of Gravitate Design + Build. Matt and his team are the designers behind a new property being built at 201 Portal Court.

“This is our first home in Suncadia and our goal is to have a minimal impact on the natural habitat, create an open floorplan and maximize the views,” says Matt. As builders. Matt believes they have a responsibility to be stewards of the land on which they build, an approach to

At Suncadia, we’ll take any excuse to celebrate, to bring families and friends together, and throw a good party. And so for the 4th of July, we put on our best reds, whites and blues and launched into festivities that lasted an entire week.

The celebration kicked off in downtown Cle Elum on June 30th with a community parade, a basketball tournament and fireworks. The next couple of days, Suncadia hosted a 5k race at Dawson Park, family-friendly guided hikes, a Battle of the Bands during our Swiftwater Concert Series, and a tie-dye session featuring everyone’s three favorite colors.

The big day arrived and so did the Kids Bike & Paws Parade. Some 35 kids went all out to decorate their bikes (and their dogs) with all the bells and whistles.

How do you know when summer has arrived in Suncadia? When we host our annual Brews and Brats event, of course.

The day at Nelson Farm Pool started out ominously but dark clouds and a downpour quickly turned into a beautiful sunshiny day. You wouldn’t have known anything was amiss but mere moments before guests began to arrive, Suncadia’s amazing banquets team and hardworking managers hopped out from under cover just as the drizzle was ending to complete setup. Within half an hour the sun was out in full force and everything had dried out.

The sold-out event featured seven local craft breweries, with each bringing at least two different types of their beer, as well as tasty bites including bratwurst and hot dogs, mini pretzel bites, plus fruit
