If finding the perfect Suncadia property is a dream come true, then finding the right person to make that happen is equally important. At Suncadia, we have a team of brokers who are as passionate about the resort and community they work at as they are about helping families find their dream home. Jeff Rau is one of these brokers.

A native of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Jeff moved to Washington in 2005 and has been with the Suncadia team since. “I have represented some 300 families and buyers,” says Jeff, who sells an average of 30 Suncadia properties per year. Before entering real estate, Jeff was a golf professional for 15 years at high-end private golf communities. Golf is still a passion of Jeff's, but since joining Suncadia he’s added mountain biking,

Spring is finally here. At Suncadia, that means different things to different people. For many —kids especially—it means that most delicious of Suncadia seasons (summer, obviously) is just around the corner. In the meantime, it’s time to dust off the bikes, the fishing poles, and—for many members of our community—the golf clubs.

Suncadia’s three unique and distinctive championship golf courses span the Resort’s 6,400 acres of pine and fir forest, lakes, ponds, and the Cle Elum River. If you haven’t yet had the pleasure of teeing up at Suncadia, here’s what you can expect:

By stopping by the 3rd annual real estate expo at Suncadia on Saturday, you’ll be able to see firsthand why so many Seattleites are flocking to the scenic village.

But it’s not too late; phase two of both developments is expected to start this summer.

Richard Seay, Vice President of Suncadia, provides some insight into why these homes are selling so quickly.

Why do you think the Talisman and Miner’s Camp homes have sold so quickly?
