It can be practiced almost anywhere, but its healing powers seem to be enhanced in the great outdoors, surrounded by nature and fresh air.

So it’s no surprise that we at Suncadia are paying homage to this centuries-old tradition by hosting complimentary yoga classes all through the month of September. Held every Saturday morning at Glade Spring Spa and Nelson Farm Pool under the guidance of experienced gurus, the classes will introduce participants to the different aspects of yoga, as detailed below.
